What you will do
This is an opportunity to join our new solutions architect team and grow as a professional as we grow as a business. This opportunity will help you to develop your knowledge and skills around technologies that are relevant to our value propositions and core vendors like Cisco.
You will be part of the Infinite Edge solution architects’ team. This is responsible for design solutions and services to our clients across a full range of technology and software offerings, delivering a scaled, consistent client experience.
You will be responsible for understanding the client requirements and design technical solutions that will be most suitable to clients along the lifecycle of the engagement.
You will be involved in the following activities:
- You will become the subject matter expert in one (or more) areas of Cisco solutions relevant to Infinite Edge value propositions (Networking, Security, IoT or Data Centre).
- You will develop expert level of knowledge of Cisco tools like Cisco Commercial Workspace to create solutions.
- You will learn the consumption models (Enterprise Agreements) available for customer to facilitate technology acquisitions
- You will develop industry experience to specify and design infrastructure and data solutions.
- You will be involved in customer workshops to develop your skills with the goal of leading these workshops.
- Responsible for the scoping, design, and adoption of the latest technologies to clients across different verticals: Manufacturing, Energy & utilities, Oil & Gas and Retail.
- You will continue developing your expertise to responding to customer requirements, tenders and developing strategies and roadmaps with our customers.
- Develop your skills to create and document proposals, HLDs and SoWs.
- Working close with the Infinite Edge’s sales, customer success and services teams.
- You will contribute with the application of Infinite Edge’s framework to take customers to the different engagements of the lifecycle of the engagement.
- Working closely with vendor technical SEs and Account Managers to work on opportunities and to engage with customers.
Requirements
Your experience and skills
You will care deeply about providing value to our clients throughout all the lifecycle of the engagement. With some level of experience working with Cisco technologies, you will be able to engage with different teams related to sales and customer success lifecycle.
You’ll be able to demonstrate capability in the following areas:
- Clearly focus on identify the problem and map that with technology solutions
- Ability to establish and maintain great relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Capture all essential information required to support design work
- Running demonstrations and presenting technical solutions tailored for specific audience
- Strong team player who enjoys working alongside others, contributing, and adding an informed opinion and insights to discussions
The skills required are:
- 1 to 3 years of basic pre-sales experience engaging with customer to scope and design Cisco solutions.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in client facing engagements.
- We will welcome individuals with CCNA Enterprise or above certification level. We are looking for someone who wants to achieve a CCIE accreditation, and we will support along the journey.
- Having previous working experience with creating Bill of Materials in CCW tool.
- We are looking for someone that can learn mapping business outcomes to technology solutions and position our lifecycle framework with customers.
- Having some familiarity or wanting to learn about the components of full-stack observability.
- Ability to create customer facing documentation including network diagrams and architecture descriptions.
